Not that I have seen and there are usually several posts if there are any available. If you regularly want to list more than 40 items a month why not create another id or two and that will give you 80 to 120 free listings every month.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

eBay are displaying adverts which say there are new store packages which have zero insertion fees. The lack of free listing promotions being offered for stores recently may be to encourage people to get the new packages.

But if you've got a store the insertion fees are zero anyway?
The packages won't be free
If you click on that banner 'find out more' it says the page is unavailable.
Or it did - I got sick of clicking on it.

I've clicked on two different banners lately with the same result - why put them there at all ?
It's a bit like clicking on Block Bidders & getting sent to the information pages & Contact & Help with no phone number !!
So efficient and professional - NOT
