Buyer won't pay postage even though Ebay state in bold letters that best offers do not include postage. Ebay did not comment but side stepped the issue and sent his complaint directly to PayPal who promptly held the money from my account without comment. Another case of Big Brother Ebay abandening sellers in favour of buyers. I relisted the item deleted the 'paid' symbol from the transaction, and will not trade with this buyer at all.

They need to re engineer their rules to be very clear on this, and setup their program to eliminate the reference to free postage from the invoice before it goes out. Multiple item adverts are the most problematic with this issue.
Yes. This is for the buyers benefit so that they know that the price they are offering does not include the seller's postage charges.
