G’day have a problem AP has lost my buyers item, I’m in WA was sold to a buyer who is also in WA Perth, Sent 27/01 normally takes 3 days to do delivery WA to WA, but AP misdirected item and sent it to NSW - Parcel has correct address clearly showing WA address - it’s now 17 days past, can I open a Case to claim under the Buyer/ Seller protection for this

No need it’s a Business phone number and it’s advertised over the internet so no issue there, have asked Stanley to remove photo

It will most likely be delivered this week - fingers crossed.
I've had a parcel go to a different COUNTRY before - was sending to the USA and it went to New Zealand.
Was ultimately directed back to me and Aus Post covered the cost of reposting.

Tracking is currently showing estimated delivery between 10/2 and 15/2. So 15/2 is currently the latest expected delivery date.
