From August 1, if a package isnโt collected within five days, its recipient would have to hand over $3 to pick it up.
An additional $3 will be charged for each week the package is held. Packages will be held for up to 30 days with customers paying up to $9 to retrieve an item.
Seems fair enough to me.
It's not as though they're charging the minute you're carded

What is fair about being carded on a Monday when you can only get to the PO on Saturday morning?
It should be at least 7 days before they start charging storage to give people who work Monday-Friday an opportunity to get to the PO.

Also fair enough, Lyndal.
But Monday to Saturday....isn't that 5 days? Pick it up on Saturday
When I get carded, it doesn't even go to a PO that I can get to easily.
I have to arrange for someone to drive me there.
It's an agency.
Dunno why it can't go to the one just up the road which is the actual PO

Guess that depends if they count Monday as being day 1 . . . . .
The other issue of course is does every item get carded ? My experience tells me a big fat NO !
And, that is rude, am guessing you have queried why it goes to the agency not the PO - what's their excuse ?
