Ebay you need to reinstate the negative feedback option for non paying buyers. I have had numerous items bid on and not paid for because buyers know they can get away with this as their is no repercussion that affects their feedback score. In fact several members had positive feedback but negative comments associated.
And although ebay may offer a credit for unpaid items, it cannot refund the time lost/wasted on these buyers. Often a second chance offer is not accepted because the second chance buyer has purchased elsewhere in the time it has taken to try and get payment from the originaly buyer.
Bring negative feedback back for NPB Ebay!

http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/ftw/Consumers/Motor_vehicles/Where_to_buy_a_car.page?#Buying_priva... Buying privately
Buying a vehicle privately involves relying on your own judgement and knowledge.
You can arrange for a vehicle inspection at your own cost but there are no statutory warranties.
Also, making sure the vehicle does not have a secured interest such as the owner owing money on the car or not owning the car outright is the responsibility of the buyer. Doing a Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) check will help you ascertain this. Always ask the seller for, and note down, the information listed below:
Also ensure the information shown in the paperwork matches what is on the actual vehicle

Yes... I have seen this before with posts I have made.
Mine were simply inane comments about something or the way we do things. Certainly not offensive or against policy either.
And they have just disappeared. Maybe there is some bug in the software running the boards.

Rachel,
This neg for buyers has been done to death.
If you would like to go to old threads of this you will understand that the negs for buyers was abused by sellers giving retaliatory negs.
And it was worthless anyway, what seller is going to be able to cancel a bid from some buyer that has a neg somewhere on their feedback???????????
End of story........................
Any seller that has a small amount of sense will have their blocks in place.
They will also, instead of leaving +feedback with a neg comment, will open an NPD and get that member a strike.

...padi seems to think that sellers that leave negative positives do not raise NPB cases to get their Final value fees back..
What evidence do you have Padi that sellers who leave feedback for non paying bidders do not initiate NPB cases?
