Hi, a buyer didn’t pay for an item late last year. I’m now trying to cancel the order but getting the message it’s too late to cancel this order? Any help on how I can resolve this? Thanks 🙏🏼

It's too late to do anything now so you'll be wearing the eBay fees yourself.
Read the link below to find out what to do if it happens again.

Yes, it would be too late as per the message
*BUT* are you sure they did'nt pay?
As in are you fully signed up for Managed Payments?
and aware of the 30 day hold on your funds as you are considered a new seller?
Next time there is a fake bidder who does not pay, you need to act before it is too late by 'reporting' the non payment
As you see, you are still charged fees since once something sells, eBay consider it 'sold' and fees apply
*Too slow again me
No idea why replies are'nt showing before I start typing lately

It's a plot by eBay to "enhance our eBay experience" Sandy...........🤣

As you did not cancel in the allotted time, you have only one hope (nah not that one).
Contact CS via live chat, plead ignorance, suck up and hope you get a sympathetic Rep.
Politely make the Rep aware of the items second sale, ouch, did not even cover the fees from the first sale.
Note: you will be hoping for ebay to refund the fees for the original sale, purely as a matter of goodwill, as you are not actually entitled to a refund.
Best of Luck.
