I sold a pair of shoes and have just noticed that the buyer is reselling them. i don't have a problem with this. What I do have a problem with is that they are claiming they are new in box, never been worn, therefore charging an inflated price.
Is there anything I can do in this situation?

Why would you want to?
It'll be problems for them when their buyer finds out different.
They'll be the ones get the red dot and/or an INAD case opened.
Why should that bother you?
Keep the link to the re-sale in case they open a case against you, and you need to inform ebay of what they've done.

Can you give the item number of the new listing?

I feel bad for whoever buys it from them, as they are not worth that price. Looking at the pictures of the item, the box is identical as there was a crease/bend in the top corner of the box.
I have added the item to my watch list to monitor the sale, and in case, as you say, they open a case against me.

As Lyndal asked, can you give us the new item number please?
I can't seem to find it, going on the title of what you sold.

That's why I asked Stawks.....I spent ages looking for it.....even in completed listings incase it had been taken down.

According to ebay search, there are no (Zero), similar active items to your sold items
