How long do you think people will wait for their stuff - even if they're silly
enough to buy at that price?
Phones have to be sent by road, with a road only sticker on them.

So I am curious to know is this allowed? I'm selling a item (Brand New) Example iPhone 7 + Apple Watch for $1700, $100 Above the RRP and I use their money to buy the items then ship them the items. So again I am buying real items in a bundle with the money they gave me then shipping them to them even though they could buy them for a separate amount and save $100
great idea, sell an iphone that way. You will quickly learn about how eBay works.
Have you factored in the PayPal 21 day hold on funds?

That's all well and good to say you are trying to change your bad rep, but your listings aren't reflecting that attempt at change. You still look as dodgy as, especially your playstation listing. What the heck is this? May sound a bit shady? It screams of shady and screams of scammer.
Leave a positive feedback for a quicker handling time (estimated 4 - 7 handling days when given positive feedback) Recommended give positive feedback for quicker handling. This may sound a bit shady but to export the items it takes time so by leaving a positive feedback, handling time with be fastened.
Leaving positive feedback can not and will not speed up handling time. You are seriously deluded if you think buyers are going to fall for this rubbish. No one is going to leave you positive feedback before they have received their item. Please explain to us idiots how leaving positive feedback before an item has been sent is going to speed up handling and delivery times? I'm not having a go at you, I'd really like to know the answer to this. Is the handling time going to be doubled if they leave you negative?
You really should be careful what you wish for. Demand feedback and you may just get it.....of the red variety and there is nothing you can do about it. 3 more red dots as you are at the moment and your selling days are over before they start. Once you have one account suspended, you can never create another selling account again, ever. One goes, they all go, including the accounts of any family in your house. There is no turning back.
I'd also like to know what this is? How is a buyer committing fraud and deception by opening the item they have bought, trying to use it, find it doesn't work, then wants to send it back for a refund?
Everything must be allocated and intact in original packaging and original boxes. The items must be in working order or a case will be open with a federal court of justice for fraud and deception.
Federal court of justice, funniest thing I've read in years. I really think you should give up now. You don't have what it takes for online selling. Despite what everyone has told you, you are still portraying yourself as a scammer.
At the present time, if I came across your listings, I wouldn't buy from you in a pink fit. In actual fact, I'd probably report your listings as scams.

Tippy, the highlighted bits in blue and red?
Have they been removed? Cos I can't see them on the listings.

Yes, it seems he's finally removed them. They were in the PS4 listing. The bit about the fraud was under the postage tab.
Now he just needs to fix the keyword spamming in the title of the microphone and remove the bit about offering to sell the games separately (which screams selling them off eBay) and he might be in with some remote chance of people actually looking at his stuff.
There might be hope for the OP yet..........

I went and looked and saw it before the revision.
Click the revisions link and it will show when it was removed:
Maybe ricky thought that it would make us look silly if we posted about something that was later revised, like the Amplifier that was in the description as "Defective Sometimes" then later removed.
Screengrabs may be needed when commenting on aspects of ricky's listings. Just to prevent him continuing to mess with us.
Now his returns policy is buyer must return within 3 days! What a joke. Has a handling time of 20 days on that listing and expects returns within 3 days of receiving. Certainly not worthy of any of my efforts to help him any more. Now only worthy of ridicule and contempt.
ricky . . . . just a heads up . . . . I am going to report your games bundle listing for breaching listing policy. You can't list the bundle then offer to sell each one separately. That is reportable. Better go and revise or cancel the listing.

I've already reported it, so if more people do it and eBay removes it, he might get the hint.
Ricky I can see you are taking some notice, but you really need to fix everything that people have suggested you fix, otherwise no-one is going to take you seriously that you want to right your wrongs.

the microphone listing has been removed by eBay and is no longer visible, not even in his completed listings. Must have got done for keyword spamming.
The broken controller was ended and relisted as 99 cent start auction and buy-now of $20.
