FOREIGN BIDDERS:
Even though my listings clearly state NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING occasionally I get foreign customers buying or bidding on them.
Once from Indonesia, once from Germany and now this is the second time from France. There were 6 people watching the item in question and now it's unavailable to them and I have no free listings left. It is a pain the rear. ๐
I know you can block individual eBay users but can you block certain COUNTRIES from bidding?
eBAY NEWBIES:
I once saw a listing that said "Please do not bid if you have an eBay score of less than 10!"
I wouldn't mind a dollar for every time someone with a low eBay score didn't pay for a purchased item.... I'd be a millionaire.... well I'd have about 27 dollars. ๐
I realise everyone (including myself) statred with (0) 100% next to their username but these people are a pain too.

Yes you can,you need to check the boxes of all the continents that you don't sell to.
You can do this in the site map in your selling section, just follow the prompts simples.
Or even when you list an item.

Now that you have discovered this after 12 years on Ebay you may also wish to stop leaving false positive feedback for non payers..
These are a policy violation & in no way help you or other sellers.
Surely by now you know how to file UPI cases & add non payers to your BBL ?
Best regards.

Umm, firstly I haven't left false postives for non-paying overseas payers.
Secondly, I have opened plenty of UPI cases (81 in total).
Thirdly, I'm guessing you don't have many friends do you?

That's a bit rough. I had to go back a fair way. It was a single buyer
It turns out to be just one non-payer who mucked the OP around for 11 items

In fact that buyer bid on over 40 items. Sigh.
I was only able to leave feedback for 11 of those items because I did so before those particular UIC's closed. ๐

Please accept my apologies.
I was not aware it was ok to leave those for local buyers as opposed to o/s buyers. My error.
Once again my sincere apologies.
Best regards.

Hello stawks
Please accept my apologies if I offended in any way.
I was not aware it was ok ok to leave multiple false positives for just one buyer..........my error & it will not be repeated.
As I get older I seem to make these reading errors.
Best regards.
