Combined postage

I have a buyer who would like combined postage and this is something I offer, but they have not yet purchased yet, how do I do this?

Re: Combined postage

When you have BIN listings there is no option for the buyer to wait for an invoice - must pay straight away.

When you have AUCTION listings the buyer can wait for a combined post invoice before paying.

(Oh, and only replying to you Padi as you were the last poster)

Re: Combined postage

Appreciate what you are saying. But if someone hits the BIN button, I can't see that there is any time for education - they have to pay for it immediately.

I had apologies from a buyer recently, who did have to pay straight away, and hoped that didn't cause me any problems.

Time for eBay to put the goal posts back where they were. It would make like easier for both sellers and buyers.

Re: Combined postage

Sorry, no I havnt come across the books yet, but I do have a shipping container full of stuff to slowly work through. I must admit, its starting to look a bit lighter, so they might turn up soon.

Re: Combined postage

No worries Chamo, we'll be starting the restoration of the '71 Commando shortly, but that's going to involve a total stripdown and rebuild. Adding disc front brakes, belt primary etc etc. Big job ahead I reckon.......................

the BUYER needs to change their settings:

Here's the steps about removing the automatic payment checkout:

1.Go to My eBay.

2.Click Account

3.Select Personal Information

4.Scroll down to Financial Information

5.Click Remove on the right side of Checkout saved payment methods.

I finally got around to checking out whether this works.  I wanted to buy something tonight and got taken direct to checkout instead of being able to use BIN and then confirm.  When I looked in my account details it says I have no saved payment methods, therefore there's nothing to remove.
