Complete nut-case buyer ruined my perfect feedback - feeling bad about it.

 Hi ladies gents and others,

Well I guess we all get one sooner or later but it still is a big dissappointment.

A nutter has pooped on my perfect feedback.  All over a $10 item (of course).

 Story goes like this:

Buyer buys item. I send with 24 hours. No tracking as its only a $10 dollar item.

 Next thing I know  POW!

Buyer opens a case in the resolution center for not received (only six business days after it was sent to country NSW)

They send a love message too:

"Please ensure delivery by the close of business on 08/09/2015 or refund my money and compensate me financially for time you have wasted."

 WOW!

I immediatley reponded with apologies and an offer to re-send the item as soon as they confirmed iy hadnt shown up on the following Monday. I also sent them  a copy of the photo. - I photograph all non tracked items after they are stamped at the post office.

 BANG!

 Neg.

"AVOID!!! Takes your money and does not send items. SCAMMER!!!"

Yep they neeged my perfect record, caused me the last defect I can afford and wrote this:

"The items have not arrived. Please apply a full refund and make compensation for my wasted time in having to deal with a rip off merchant with bad excuses in not sending what I paid for."

Thats right folks they actually are asking to be compenesated on top of the purchase price.

 There we go folks.

Feeling sad and blue over a $10 sale and a nut case 😞

I can only assume thay are filled with fear or hate or perhaps both.

 Thi

Those were my thoughts exactly.

If I had a run like that, I wouldn't still be buying online or else I would be contacting Australia Post. to try to sort out what the problem was. Either the postie is incompetent (unlikely) or there is a problem with the address itself.

I just don't believe it. I know ocasionally items do get lost in the system but not that often.

It sounds as if this buyer is a serial nasty.

I noticed one seller gave this reply to bad feedback.

Order cancelled due to threats and bullying Fully refunded. Extremely Rude.Sad

Indeed.

Anyone selling technology-related items needs to block immediately (I've blocked them myself as I sell some pet-related items).

Sadly but predictably, I suppose ,the buyer contacted Ebay customer support and this got reviewed and closed today (within a few minutes) so I got force-refunded.

It wasn't much money but it isnt pleasant to be abused and force-refubded by a serial offender. Please make sure to add this horrible, horrible buyer to your list if you have not already. You dont want to deal with this one, trust me.

I got one more "love message" from the buyer today too.

"You are a thief who's full of excuses. No postmaster has ever handed us any mail, so cease lying and refund the money. You never sent a thing."

Weird that they work with such a good charity, if they do, I just hope they have no children. Lol/

start i am s0rry about the decision from your quest as you had to pay. you know ebays policy  you lost nothing about trying with ebay, but as i said early on this post  try with ebay and then just pay if you loose . because now you have a more angrier buyer a charity thats now maybe has a bad name ,you had posters diging up stuff ,posters looking into postal boxe info, posters telling you about the law. by the way prob arnt lawyers, all for $10. I KNOW ITS THE PRINCIPLE BUT , has 1 poster posted from about a week ago when you last posted and say sorry that you did not win.the case .mmmm you even contacted the postoffice when we have posters saying the parcel still belongs to the seller refuse you info, what does that tell you.

Ring Ebay and ask for the negative feedback to be removed.  I have rung them about an unfair feedback and they looked at it there and then and removed it.  Just explain you case to them.  Good luck, Im sure they will removed it for you.

I had a perfect 100%, before a unfair negative (because of 1 negative the percentage keeps going down. Its 96.2% now) over a $4 item which the buyer admitted he didn't read description where it explained the crease plus in the photos. No emails to warn me either to resolve it first, just that straight away. The person who gave it to me has 100% 😡😡😡 I did everything right and it gets a perfect rating👎🏽💩

Don't worry too much over that neg.

If I were a potential buyer and read his comment, "I didn't see description', and your factual reply that photo and description both showed the crease, I would just think what an idiot the buyer was.

As a buyer, I'd be too embarrassed to write that on feedback, to tell the truth.
