Customer gets error at checkout and can't buy my item

I have had a couple of buyers say they cannot purchace one of my SKUs. They get an error at chechout. Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this.

Yes, with many sold (so, no issues previously) which makes me wonder if OP has another store?

Are they international buyers? 

Haven't had this problem for a few years but used to occasionally have buyers that couldn't purchase. They were international buyers and the only thing I could think of was they had some kind of problem with their PayPal account that caused the problem. Though I recall one buyer trying again with a different eBay account & PayPal account that still could not complete their purchase. Forever remained a mystery!!

The only other thought I have is they may be in a location that you do not post to (if you have that set up in your shipping policies)
