Hi Guys
Something appears to have changed this week? It may possibly be related to the recent software changes on the eBay seller platform - but I have had a HUGE drop in sales since Monday 8th October 18?
2 x eBay reps have told me that my account is good - no restrictions, etc? I mostly offer Free Express Shipping and am now moving to Same-day Handling. No-one has been able to offer an explanation?
I have been selling for 15 years this December and NEVER had it this bad? Has anyone else noticed this with their store?

Hey don't get me wrong I'm a seller at heart but what I'm saying is what ebay stated to me a long time ago.

Ebay dont give a rats about small sellers . Big box sellers and Chinese sellers they love! All part of their plan to get rid small sellers like us and become more of an online strip mall full of Harvey Normans and Honest Wing Lo's house of bargains !

agree 100% the ebay fees are beyond a joke..always talk of store lights on or off..glitches..bugs..and we pay through the nose for a sub par service..it's a disgrace
