I sold an item value $3000AUD and they took $430AUD off from me... wow ridiculous. Selling an item costs me over $400. "Listing is free" and then after item sold out, here you go ridiculous hidden fees that you didn't expect. Which plaform in the world would take that much? Greedy.
At least final value fee should be shown on the page when listing item.
No more ebay for me.

I didn't know that..
He told me to post as gift. Any solutions for this..?
I will contact ebay in regard to this.
Just a signature and that's all

Oh god, the sale is international, things just got 10 times worse.
It is highly likely you are being scammed, especially as the buyer wants you to falsify the customs declaration,
Check customs, for the penalties for doing so.
What are you going to do, when the buyer claims you have not sent the item they purchased, but instead something valued at $180.
New seller - high value item - I would expect your funds to be held for 30 days, possibly longer due to international delivery.

I wouldn't be contacting eBay to tell them you've undervalued the item or that you've sent as a "gift".
I hope all goes well for you but there's a lot of red flags coming up with that sale.
