I sold an item value $3000AUD and they took $430AUD off from me... wow ridiculous. Selling an item costs me over $400. "Listing is free" and then after item sold out, here you go ridiculous hidden fees that you didn't expect. Which plaform in the world would take that much? Greedy.
At least final value fee should be shown on the page when listing item.
No more ebay for me.

Whatever you do, do NOT cancel the sale as this will automatically refund the buyer.
Your best bet is to try get the item back.
If you cannot, then you will just have to wait and see what happens - it is entirely possible that besides requesting an undervaluation, there may be no further issues and the buyer is happy.
Did you check their feedback both as a buyer and a seller? Any red flags?
Whilst I really hope that all goes well, my personal feeling is that this buyer will find a "fault" with the item and then open a dispute for Not as Described. You will then be obliged to send money for the return tracked postage, or refund the buyer in full. There is also no guarantee that the buyer will even send back the same item.
I would message Aus Post right now, as it can take them up to a day to get back to you. Sending the information now means they will hopefully see it earlier and respond in the morning.
Just say something like:
Hi guys, hope you can help me. I've sent a parcel to the UK, tracking number xxxxxx. Unfortunately I think I'm being scammed and was wondering if it possible to get it redirected back to me? I would appreciate any assistance you can give. Thank you.

Sure I will. Thanks for supporting me 🙂
I will do refund after I get my item back.
I didn't get any feedback nor red flags. Hopefully I get my final value fees back...
Thank you again, I will update again tomorrow.

Personally, I’d walk into the actual post office you sent it from, with your receipt, and ask at the counter to redirect this package back to you as you believe the overseas buyer is scamming you. (give them the tracking number). Let them log it into the system immediately. It should red flag once it is next scanned.

You’ve got 2 sold items in 2 days totalling $5825.45.
Is this right?
I’d say that’s why your selling fee was $400.

No I sold only one that is worth 3000AUD

You have 2 sold items for the 31st October and the 1 November.
It looks like the same lens - possibly?
Why did you relist it (if that's what you did)?
It looks like the one that sold on the 1 Nov was listed on the USA site.

The buyer wanted to get the item through Global Shipping Program so he would be able to see total amount including any customs and/or taxes when checkouts. Also he told me that if the item is listed through Global Shipping Program, ebay would cover both sides if something goes wrong. He contacted ebay about this.
But I found out that it only works for USA and UK only. So I tried to relist on USA ebay to see if it works. He purchased the item through USA ebay without paying, but it didn't work. So I canceled the order.
I saw his profile and he got
Now I am not sure if he is a scammer..

Can you give us the item number of any item that this buyer has for sale?
You can't name the buyer, but we can look at his profile ourselves.
Buyers can only get positive feedback, but you also need to look at the feedback tab LEFT FOR OTHERS, to get a better picture.
Also, did you have a look at the paperwork like I recommended as it will list any taxes that are paid as part of the transaction. What does the paperwork say?

This is one of the item number 134286637484
I didn't understand which paperwork were you talking about sorry? Do you mean the invoice?
