Hi, just sharing in case anyone has experienced this but my account was restricted a few weeks ago due to owning a payment apparently. I Initially received a message from ebay saying that I had own money to them but ignored as I have had auto payouts for 5 years now.
- 3 days later account was restricted. Checked to see if I could make a manual payment and turns out I owe $0, so can't make any payments whatsoever. eBay chat member said it was an error and restriction was lifted.
- 2 days later account get's restricted again. eBay chat member says i owe 27cents. I pay them through a link and restriction is lifted. Was told that it would not happen again now.
- 2 days later restriction again. This time all listings are removed also, (countless hours of work, money, and years for listing history gone). Chatted with same person and explained the situation but they told me as long as I owe money, I'll keep getting suspended after 30 days (This annoyed me a lot because she had told me the other day that it was fine and it wouldn't happen again). After that she said i need to wait and see what happens.
- Called customer service and they gladly helped me sort this out. Turns out I was owning a payment from 5 years ago of 67cents that hadn't gone through the system. Send them 1 dollar this time to make sure it was covered and account was put back to running. They also mentioned that listings were on database and could be relisted. Next day I tried to re-list but button wouldn't work (listings were not found).
- Called again 3 days later and they said they would sort it out > Account reinstated again.
- Again, 2 days later restricted and so forth. This is going on for around a month now, close to 7-8 times. No money owed whatsoever. All automatic payments (3 in fact) running as always. Tried removing them and re-adding them again. Nothing.
Asked whether they have another department that can help but was told that this time would be the last. Ebay simply does not give a damn about you. Just the robot-like responses as always from them. Unsure on what to do now.
Any chance someone went trough the same and was able to solve it?
Appreciated for reading up to here! Nik

Just to let you know, when trying to view your previous sales now, still only get the We searched everywhere page.

Ebay still requires you to add "for" or "suits" when using another brand name in your listing that is not yours.

Try clearing your search history or cookies as I still get sold listings.

Hi eol. I can see there are 365 sold items, but if I click on any of the sold items, it just goes to the We looked everywhere page. At least the OPs NARU has gone, but it is possible the selling restriction is still in place.
When the thread commenced, the OPs recent sales were all fully viewable, as apparently he was in between
restrictions at that time.
Just checked a couple of your recent sales, and can access all OK

I checked a few more and one came up as we looked everywhere. Others show some available but no buy it know button.

I clicked on random items in the OP's sold list and it was only the ear plugs at the top that got the "we looked everywhere" page. The rest of the items I clicked on went to the sold listing. Some had the message that the item had been relisted. An earlier listing of the orange ear plugs showed up when you clicked on it, but the later ones were gone.

Single account in my case.
Not entirely sure how you find my old listings, pretty sure that none shows in incognito mode for me. They did mention that they'd be available once issue was sorted but never happened.
...atm changing bank accounts. Just managed to remove the old one and will re-submit it again tomorrow.

It's quite easy to find your old listings. If you look under your username here, there will be a link to "view listings". When you go to that page, on the left is the option to see completed items. Click on that, and there they are.
As I said in my post, clicking on the ear plugs, they gave an error, but the other items I clicked on, they were there. That should hopefully make it easier for you to relist once you get your account sorted.

Update: Account has been restricted as of today. lol
Message from ebay: You have an outstanding amount owed for eBay fees. Because you owe eBay, you won't be able to list new items on eBay. To resolve this issue and continue selling, you need to pay the amount you owe immediately.
Balance on account was positive $12.40. Added an additional $25 to see what happens (total balance as of now $37.40). Have also tried clearing cookie history as suggested from someone here.

Hi There, Don't know how many LOL's you have left. I think I would have run out by now.
The clear cookies etc, was directed at me, but was not relevant.
Rapidly running out of ideas
