It seems to us that our listings meet all the criteria below, but still none of them are showing the Fast 'n' FREE badge.
Anyone got any clues what we could be missing to stop this badge?
This is affecting both our stores.
The eBay Fast 'N Free logo appears on listings when all the following conditions are met:
Both the buyer and the item are located within an Australian postcode (excluding Lord Howe Island NSW 2898, Norfolk Island NSW 2899, Christmas Island WA 6798, Cocos Keeling Islands WA 6799, Australian Antarctic Territories TAS 7151)
The seller is an eBay Top Rated Seller
The listing offers free postage
Based on the seller and buyer postcodes, eBay can estimate with a high level of confidence that the item will be delivered within four business days
The listing isn’t in Classified Ad format
On eBay Motors, eBay Fast 'N Free will only be used for listings in the Parts & Accessories category.
Generally listings with free postage and either same business day or one business day handling will qualify for Fast ‘N Free if we can estimate with a high level of confidence, based on the seller’s and buyer’s postcodes, that the item will be delivered within four business days.

Now when I goto Review Listing and scroll down to Postage Options.
It shows that same Express option in your pic above.
And it shows Fast and FREE -- YES.
So it looks like the listing has accepted it no problems.
Just does not display.

Just in case, take a look at the postage service you have selected for Express and whether there are any showing with the get it fast option - in ozfalcon's screen shot, Get It Fast is showing in brackets on express post option that's been selected.
Edit: sorry, ignore me, just read your last post and it looks like you've already done that.

No I won't ignore you DG.
I'm very appreciative of the time being given by yourself and Ozfalcon to help me get this one sorted.

It could be because on the listings I checked of yours the free postage option is standard post - it may make a difference if you have something like regular post as standard post doesn't actually specify the postage service being offered.

We use large letter for the majority of our shipments.
We sometimes use ebay tracked 500gm satchels where the order is too large for a regular envelope.
And Aust Post Express where the buyer selects that option.
There is no other option on the list to pick from that describes our standard FREE postage.

Maybe you could try contacting ebay and see if they can explain why it doesn't show.

Personally I would trust the experience of sellers on here before that of someone on the phone from Indonesia somewhere.
But if we can't solve it from here I might have to actually give that a try.

I just tried to duplicate your listing and it looks like you havn't got your handling time set to 1 business day?
on 17-03-2014 09:36 PM
Yes that's correct.
We have it set to "Same Business Day"
I would have thought this is actually a bit better.
But I will experiment and set it to 1.

Nup...
Made no difference.
