So, is Kimpster (supposedly affiliated with ebay) supposed to be sending out scaremongering emails about removing active content and telling us that we should be doing this by Christmas?

Try reading the ebay Notices...I think you will find something there about removing active content.

Active content is supposed to be removed, so that mobile users are not waiting

Re Kimpster- Don't touch them with a 10' Bargepole.They are absolutley useless.
I mistakely paid these Cowboys for a so called service.Once they have amended your listings
you cannot use them again.Be warned stayaway!!

Did you pay them for a one off service or an ongoing package?
Instead of going off here on the boards you need to calm down and read their website. They certainly offer plenty of support for their customers.
