Your problems could have a bit to do with eBay's new active listing policy.
Looking at the page source code for the extended descriptions:
1. The links are insecure ie http NOT https. The internal page links are secure but the page address is not.
2. All your links reference your own website - you are using your main web server to distribute your company website as well as your eBay pages and content. You may have run foul of the eBay bots determining you have off ebay links in your listings.
Go to isdntek bulk listing scanner and input your seller name and set to the Australian marketplace.
When the analysis completes you will see that all your listings are in breach of eBay mandates (multiple issues on each and every listing):
302 listings with non-ebay links (multiple links in each listing)
2 listings with bad targets
You will definitely have to consult with your web developer about this as it is almost certain you are being denied visibility in ebay search.
There would have been numerous emails and warnings sent to your seller account last year about this but they have likely been ignored or inadequately addressed.
Looks like you've been bitten by the bots.

And with the way eBay is hammering sellers for supposed off-eBay transactions Stawks, the OP could easily find all their listings removed and cop a sanction at the very least.
As this is a public forum anybody could report the listings to eBay, and may well do so.

@imastawkawrote:OP needs to remove all contact info from all their listings.
Their listings have a link to 'see full description' and details of all 4 B & M stores.
Melbournian you really need to read this link -
https://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/SR17-1/Contact-Links
Yes - that's a major issue to sort out.

Stawks I wasn't second guessing you; you're right, he needs to handle that problem urgently.
What I was referring to was his fetch links for images, CSS etc
All these contain his commercial standalone web address with extensions to ebay only files.
I copied the URL minus the extensions and went stright to his off eBay main website.
eBay are pretty clear about where you can point external links and I don't think they would consider your business website a desirable location.
He really needs to put all that stuff on a separate server (preferably a neutral party ebay approves of).

Stawks go into his extended description and right click -> view page source and have a look at where his files are being pulled from.
You'll see what I mean.
The eBay bots will pick this stuff up easily.
