I have been Threatened

ive sold an item and now the person who bought it has broken it and wants a refund after 1 week...i said no as they have damaged the item and i will give a part refund(not full)...they are not happy and have threated to break my legs,send bikies over,throw bricks at my house windows and basically threated to bash me if i dont give full refund...please note that these are 16 year old kids that had a fake address and contact details on ebay so i only have their phone number and also rego plates of their mums care(when she drove them to pickup item from my place)

What would you do in this situation?

yeah you are right..after reading this and many other posts i will not cave in to their demands....i wouldnt be able to live with myself if i did......stuff them

If any bikies somehow do use Ebay and have somehow read this thread I think they would be saying to themselves keep us the hell out of this we don't want to be any part of this and we definately don't know these peolpe from a bar of soap.

Walk Away. Give them their refund. Its not worth the hassle.

Anyway i have their mummys car rego and their phone number..police have been informed...i also managed to track them down from information they gave me and i now have their names and address(power of the internet)

An enormous case of cyber bullying. How utterly disgusting to put up with that. Because its on ebay they think the authorities wont catch them etc. No one deserves that. I hope something is done about it.

There is no way on earth that you should bow down to these crooks. They will continue on being crooks no matter which way you go about it, its now in their blood.

End all communication and record all contact attempts for police. Simple. Laws are laws, do not fall victim.
