I have to sack 2 staff members this week
EBay has suspended us due to our performance fallen below their bench marks????
We sell new motorcycle parts. Our ad includes the part number of the item, a picture of the item and a general description. We also tell the customer to check the part number before buying. If the customer buys the wrong part we refund or exchange without question.
We have 4 people in 3 months who have sent emails stating that the item is not as described? We refunded or exchanged the items. These people brought the wrong parts and blamed us. They brought part number 12345 and we supplied 12345 but they really need part number 44565. They only brought the part because it was cheap and looked the same. And now they blames us????
I have explained the issue to EBAY several times but it is like talking to a drome! They do not listen and do not care.
This week unless I am reinstated I have to close down and sack the staff. Very unfair. I asked Ebay if I can appeal or complain…NO NO NO you cannot.
Anybody got any ideas???? We are all stressing out here

You may be able to get some of that FB removed.
The one with the swearing will be removed and if buyer claims item not as described after asking questions and you answering them and they still leave negs.
Call ebay and ask them to view any questions that were answered if the buyer still leave neg and they should remove them.

I agree with sparkles you may be able to get some removed without affecting your revision count
IMO the neutrals for no stock are the straws that are weighing down the camel....with the potential for back failure
It really irks people especially with the supply of replacement vehicle and bike parts.... and once one let down buyer sees the neutral for non supply then the rest follow the leader rather than just moving on without comment
ie if most of those neutrals were instead positives your ratio of negs to positives would be a little better.
If you manage to trade on then the very first thing I would be doing is a stocktake and installing asystem by where you have better control of your listed stock.
If some of your items are dropshipped then get a better dropshipper whose stock supply is more reliable

I would simply closedown now.You have 79 very unhappy buyers in last 12 months out of only 2,000 sales. Most of your negs & neuts are for unavailable items.
You also state your're in WA but one buyer says item sent from USA.
I click on your items for sale & it states 4-I click on one of them & am taken to a page with 85 listings that have nothing to do with OP-anyone else having that issue ???

Same as Foxy, your listings within listings is just too confusing! Why do you list that way?

So glad you're seeing that also Tay-thought it was just me.I tried every possible way of looking at just ONE of the OP's listings & kept getting 85 ie Suzuki 85 TRS listings, seriously weird.
This is what shows after you click on one of the OP's items for sale
