I have to sack 2 staff members this week
EBay has suspended us due to our performance fallen below their bench marks????
We sell new motorcycle parts. Our ad includes the part number of the item, a picture of the item and a general description. We also tell the customer to check the part number before buying. If the customer buys the wrong part we refund or exchange without question.
We have 4 people in 3 months who have sent emails stating that the item is not as described? We refunded or exchanged the items. These people brought the wrong parts and blamed us. They brought part number 12345 and we supplied 12345 but they really need part number 44565. They only brought the part because it was cheap and looked the same. And now they blames us????
I have explained the issue to EBAY several times but it is like talking to a drome! They do not listen and do not care.
This week unless I am reinstated I have to close down and sack the staff. Very unfair. I asked Ebay if I can appeal or complainโฆNO NO NO you cannot.
Anybody got any ideas???? We are all stressing out here

lol..... getting diverted from millway store "item" with this title
Genuine SUZUKI COVER,FRT FOOTREST RH FITS GSX750 PN 43585-31300-000
to
Motorcycle Cover For Suzuki Bandit 1200 1250 GSF1200 1250S GS500 GS500E GS500F
sold by zsjladyshop
now that is a the corker "glitch" of the month.... I wonder whether any of the ops neutrals/negs are actually caused by that?? ?:|

random for me - I am getting 4 listings OR nothing. But the 4 listings seem ONLY to be a link to other seller's items. If I was a seller I would not be at all happy about my 'listings' being deactivated whilst being used simply to direct people elsewhere?

I would think about checking some of the items you received negatives for non supply were not wrongly re listed GTC item by an ebay glitch.
ie. you know only had one of a particular item and sold it and then find upon researching that it was subsequently listed again ...not by you... but by an "ebay glitch"? and a neg came from the transaction then ebay may remove the feedback....
it's a long shot and hard to prove now...
but if you could show it happened more than once then you may be in with a chance
maybe checking through the negative and neutral part numbers and putting the reason beside them why you believe you did not have stock ie computer operator error or ebay error may help you see a pattern

I click on foxys link i get 0 listings available. I do it again I get 4 listings under OP's username, each one has suzuki symbol and is for a bracket.
I click on the top item and get an ad for an outboard impeller by a seller called happiemac in the US with other listings within the listing.
I click on that (listing in the listing) and it takes me to seller car parts international selling spark plugs in the UK

This is just the way eBay return results when you look for a specific listing that's no longer available (in this case, removed). You will get the same result if you click on a link from a google search for an eBay item that's no longer available for whatever reason (removed, older than 90 days etc). It basically takes what you were looking for and returns a bunch of results that are still available.
Last I checked, there were 3 listings showing as available in the store - this also happens often when eBay remove listings; items still showing in store for a while, I mean. Clicking the now defunct link for those items means eBay will show the results for other items.

OP, your responses to people's feedback is absolutely shocking.
I honestly don't want to seem nasty to you, but you guys really need to learn better customer service skills before you come back to selling (if you do).
I would never buy from you once I read your feedback and it wouldn't be your neutral's and neg's that would turn me off.
Sorry.
