That is INSAIN. Are you trying to tell me that ebay under the radar wants you to seek revenge on these people that dont pay?

How about so you can send them an invoice, and or pick up directions instructions etc.  There are not enough guns in america to kill all the idiots on ebay

You get the address automatically as soon a purchase is made - whether or not it's been paid for - so that you can package the item up ready for post and so you can put the receiver's name and address on it.

What are you talking about? The buyer provides the seller with an address as soon as they make the purchase, it is not ebay providing it.

How does the seller, or ebay, know in advance that no payment is going to be received, ebay have no clue if a buyer pays by bank deposit or cash on pick up so how would they know to exclude the buyer's address.
