January is always slack, people go on holidays (not good time to have parcels arriving), the sales are on. people spent big for Xmas and now have to get kids off to school.........  I do not even bother to list much.  And this year people in many areas have other things to worry bout with the fires.

Yep, thanks for reminding me Cathy, I have a busy life.. AM in the middle of my working week which is 6 days this week & from when I leave home to when i get back 12 hrs have passed, lol..

Thanks, yours is pretty unique. What does it mean?

After having a couple of buyers who didn't pay, I decided that enough was enough and put blocks in place - no one with minus 1 feedback, no one with two or more unpaid strikes in the last 6 months and no one with 4 or more policy violation reports in the last 6 months. You can be even more leniant and change 6 months to 1 month, which I might do after some more thought. It's been great so far, can't remember the last non payer after these blocks and it's been maybe 4 months or so.

There are consequences for non payers, since they can get a strike if they don't pay, by you opening and closing a dispute. Then, if they get enough strikes, they might not be eligable to bid. I started putting "if you're not able to bid, contact me to discuss it" but then decided against it as I feel it was a detractor.

Hi, I have sold a few things, very slow.. I am sure it is quite slow everywhere at the moment.. No money anywhere.. I am due to go back to my full time day job on Tuesday and have been told wait for a phone call as there is no work at present.. I guess we just have to ride this out..
