Hi, I have the basic store package which should allow me to list 250 items. I just completed the paypal verification. Anyways, I was restricted to 10 and now just got an email saying I can list only 100 this month.
But why? I paid for the basic store and should be able to list more?
how many listings can I put on the basic store.. Am I going to be restricted every month>

You are restricted as a new seller until you've built a track record with no problems with selling, unless you have another account for selling for a long time/ a lot of transactions that restriction stays until you made 50 or so problem-free sales (I'm not sure of the exact number).

Opening a store before your feedback is at least 50
is certainly free money for ebay.
100 will be your limit until then.
After 50 fb, they will increase your limits once a month,
depending on how much fb you have received.
Even linking an established store doesn't get you any more
A basic store only gives you 200 listings anyway, not 250

You're lucky you managed to get a limit of 100 with a feedback score of 2. I opened a second account (non store) after having another selling account for quite a few years. After I linked them, my limit was increased to 30. I now have 150 feedback on that account and still have a limit of 100.
If you were me, I'd be closing your store until you get more feedback and a higher limit, otherwise you will be paying everything you earn, and more to eBay. Effectively, you will be going backwards. If you want a store, wait until your limit increases to 200 then reopen it. Why give eBay all your hard earned profits?
I'd also be reading up on selling and limits etc. There's a lot you need to know. I take it you haven't had PayPal hold your funds for 21 days yet?

If you've been given 100 listings, then I'd get them up as fast as possible.
You've got to get that fb score up - and quickly
If you don't have 100 ready to go, you shouldn't have opted for a store
