PICKUP only.

How can you get an item if it's pickup only? Annoying. It's only seven seasons of a show in a box. That wouldn't cost a whole lot to post would it? Can you hire people to pick up and post for you. It's in Queensland and I'm in Perth.

Re: PICKUP only.

You could also offer to send the seller a prepaid satchel, filled out with your details.

Re: PICKUP only.

My daughter got a quote from 2 people from Meepmeep to transport a chair about 250 kms. She lives on a main highway town that most removalists and carriers use from Sydney to Brisbane and thought that they would be backloaders quoting, but they were just blokes with trailers or utes, we think.

One quote was for $880 and the other was $650!

Re: PICKUP only.

It's way way more than 250km and I'm not paying that much. I saw someone posted an item of 7 seasons of a show for $7.50, but it's around $25-$30 anyway

Re: PICKUP only.

'meepmeep' immediately reminded me of 'Roadrunner and Coyote'

It should cost a maximum of $16.70 to post - 5kg Parcel Post mailing bag.

Re: PICKUP only.

Perhaps the seller is just trying to avoid an invoice with postage costs + fees etc.

They have been known to send a further invoice through PayPal for required postage.

Re: PICKUP only.

I emailed the seller and asked and they've said they will post๐Ÿ˜€. And they've posted in the past as it says on their feedback too. Can you escape paying postage fees if you do a invoice through paypal?
