I have had a 100% seller and buyer rating for the whole of my eBay experience. Several years. Now it has dropped to 66.7%, which is a bad look. I'm very upset about this and don't understand how it could happen.
Can anyone explain this this and how can I get it reviewed and changed.
Thanks, Roseville200

A negative rating will do that for you.....................and a fair one too.

If you look at the negative feedback you received you will readily "understand how it could happen"
From the wording of the feedback the buyer was also "very upset".
What steps did you take to address the buyer's concerns?
You MAY be able to offer the buyer a resolution & perhaps a Feedback Revision Request. However I fear that ship may have sailed.

Buyers can only be given positive so that part is moot
You cannot get it reviewed and changed, you choose to sell outside of eBay to someone else while you still had it up for auction on eBay. That is why it happened
I hope you did indeed refund the buyer
And you were answered about this back when you posted before , in July and you said it was all sorted
Unless this was another item where you also sold outside of eBay
Either way, the neg is warranted

You are lucky it was a negative meant for you. I copped a negative meant for someone else, and even though the buyer immediately apologized and had it removed, the defect remained for 12 months. Despite complaints to eBay who agreed I didn't deserve it, they could not remove it.
