Postage rebates not being applied to invoices?

Has anyone else received their June invoice with no 10% rebate for postage as mentioned by ebay. I was told after my May invoice to wait until June, now still no refund/credit showing on June, and messaged them only to be told the same answer, wait for next invoice.

I was caught out with this, I thought it was on the flat rate $7.15 bags !!  I have since been using the standard postage $7.20 option and yes I have had some rebates.

It's only for under 500g assessed postage. Own packaging, in other words.

We have received the rebates on our June invoice.

The amounts appear as Miscellaneous Credits, one credit on 3rd June for the parcels posted end of May and another on 15th June for all parcels posted up to 12th June.

yep, most of the postage already displays as the negotiated discount rate, its only on the calculated postage that ebay couldn't negotiate discount rates, so those 2 prices show as before discount, and ebay applies the discount to them the following month

so the $7.15 one, for example, already has the discount applied

"The amount you’re charged will be the price we’ve negotiated for you, so you generally save 10% or more.  We’ll also be offering a 10% rebate on the only services available through the label printing platform that don’t already have a negotiated rate - the regular and express assessed (calculated) parcels weighing up to 500grams. This offer runs until 6 August 2014. The rebate will appear as a credit on your invoice when you use these services."
