i recently placed a couple bids and won for various items from a seller who STATES THEY PROVIDE COMBINED SHIPPING. I had asked a question about this before, and no answer. I am now waiting to pay, and have requested an invoice for combined shipping, but they seem completely unresponsive despite the positive reviews. I’m unsure what to do to get in contact with them.

So you went and bought anyway.
Combined shipping within the USA is entirely different to not being able to combine shipping using EIS.
Maybe you should have waited for the seller to reply.
I would ask for a cancellation, telling the seller you have no idea how purchasing using the EIS works.

I only checked 1 item, which showed it sold about 2.00AM today.
Sellers in USA are auto opted in to the eIS, as such many do not even know their listings are listed for international purchase. eIS is responsible for the international shipping of your items, which do not qualify for combined shipping.
Ask to cancel or pay for each item with costs as shown for individual purchases. Your third option is to do nothing and wait for the seller to cancel due to non payment.

Hahaha GP, you beat me to it this time.
The seller has NO CHOICE but to send all the items individually via the eIS system as you have been told already.

I don’t do international, but can the seller not veto EIS?

I don't believe so Twyn, once they've chosen it it's game over.
I think the only way around it would be to cancel the listings and then relist them all as a special listing.
But I doubt the seller would do that because of the protection offered them by the eIS scheme.
