Serial Scammer

I had a very bad experience with a scammer, looking at his feedback he has a history of claiming "item not received" and "quantity less than ordered" to many sellers. In my case, I had both type of claims from him from different transactions and end up losing a lot of money.

It's safe to say he is a serial scammer. PM me if you want to know more.

Save the tips on how to report him to ebay, I don't have the time and energy to waste on... I just want to help other sellers here.

Joe. if, as you say, they are illegal (let's go with your scenario for now)

Why has eBay got a specific category to sell them????

http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313.TR10.TRC0.A0.H0.Xe+cigarettes.TRS0&_n...

What's your theory on that one? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm??

And yes, you can 'smoke' them anywhere because there is no 'smoke' expelled

How true, i seen someone with one of the e-cigs at the shoping mall, security thought it was real until the person with it showed them, that person continued to have the e-cig with no hassle after...

Re: Serial Scammer

look in the ebay policy , [not allowed] look what happened to cq , told to take them off ebays site. have a look in the q/land gov   have a look in s/a gov  have a look in w/a gov. have a look at the sunday markets , sellers are not bringing them in as much ,as they know its only going to be a matter of time when they wont be able to sell them legaly, so they are not investing in them .

Joe i really could not give a toss what ebay's policy says, because i was not talking about ebay or there policy, if you read my other comment you would see i was talking about local goverment saying were you can/cant smoke, not ebay, not there policy....

any component of an e cigarette  is banned in w/a    s/a   q/land

That is completely and utterly incorrect. The sale of e-cigarettes NOT containng nicotine is completely legal in all AU states. It is only the sale of nicotine itself (a S8 poison) or the sale of e-cigs which contain nicotine which is illegal.

The previous links cover Qld & NSW, but apply also to the rest of AU. As long as no therapeutic claims are made, and the item contains NO nicotine, they are legal to sell and own in AU.

Prove it yourself (if you're capable). Simply Google: Are e-cigarettes legal? If you'd done so before spouting off with all of your BS, you'd have discovered exactly the same as I did, that they are NOT illegal in AU, so go pull your head in.
