Thought it would be good just to have a single thread devoted to seller promos and free listings.

If you set up a Business Account, then there's no getting out of that one......ever

Maybe it's because you have all your not particularly sensitive listings set to 'private'.

More likely you registered a business account. It's easy enough to fix. Close your account, move house (or get a PO Box) and get another email address.

If you start from scratch with a 0 feedback account you will very likely get the freebies.

On the other hand, you have 127 listings. As a storeholder you get a minimum of 600 listings per month. Why do you need extras? You wouldn't be using your allocation anyway.

Oh bugger..! And Ive only just done that in the last say month or so.. Of course I wouldnt have done that if Id had known.. Grr...

I dont care about the deals with the 'free listings'... Its the good deals with the $0 FVF that Id like!... Thats all...

They are few and far between. Stores generally don't get extra free listings and it is only in the last couple of months they have been getting discounted/no FVFs.

I don't remember EVER getting offers before this one where I don't pay any fvf's on the store ID. I think the last time we got discounted fees was 2 years ago, except for the one we just got in Oct/Nov, so as you say, they're few and far between.

Generally speaking, I don't usually list a whole lot on this ID when their offers are running because I'd rather spread things out over the month. This month I'll use a few because I had a major sorting out just before the offer started - something I'd been putting off but I ended up doing it at just the right time. Mind you, this is usually my slowest month so I'm not going to spend too much extra time on doing new listings just because of the offer.
