Anyone know of someone who can beat 31 negatives in a row for non existent items and still rising, and still listed on ebay? He really knows how to get round ebay. Sell lots, marks as posted, then 4 days later states refunded via paypal which is not a refund as he has already taken the money out. Cannot put dispute on ebay as now on ebay as shows the false refund. Then need to dispute to paypal which is round 10 days. Ebay let him still sell a few more, despite letting them know over the phone, and as all his feedback start saying the same things he ends his items and goes private so no one can read his feedback comments. Stops him selling but his negatives keep rising as next batch of unsuspecting buyers get suspicious. Is this the winner of fraud for ebay in Australia for 2015, or maybe all time? Anyone know someone who can beat this record?

The winner is EBAY themselves

The winning answer has to be this. lol. I have a seller who may beat that one above, maybe the same person or his brother! It is in my saved sellers list and has recently sold around 180 items, only got 8 negatives so far but early days yet... Same thing, marked as posted with no tracking number, and it does not arrive. These scammers know a good time to stike when post is delayed with Christmas, and not many ebayers get time to check on previous good feedback to now climbing number of negatives.

Maybe they could track the scammer via the authorities contacting their bank,
They don't do anything for them,(if they ask they get a simple message explaining that they choose to use an unsafe payment method and are therefore not covered),
I'm wondering whether they are at the point where they don't care any more because they still get their fees from the scammers. Small price to pay by the scammers by getting all that extra money for free.
They don't collect any fees from the scammer as they withdraw all the money from their PP account and then
just start a new one.
That's what doesn't make sense as scammers hurt this site and eBay seem to have a lack of interest in
removing them,
It does make a mockery of the system though. If it was you or me that was doing it, they'd be shafting us quick smart. Or, look at all those reliable sellers who got kicked off for too many defects. They shaft them pretty quickly.
That's what made some members question over time whether the scammers were sanctioned by eBay,
They have a system to punish good reliable sellers quickly but scammers can take weeks to get removed,(
if they are removed at all),
What amazes me is, eBay states in their policy that if you are suspended or fall below standard you can't create a new account to bypass those sanctions. Yet, we see time and time again the same scammers opening or hijacking new accounts. It is blatantly obvious by the names and layouts of the listings. Not to mention the items they list.

36 Negatives now, and still has a 4 star rating.... shows the ebay star system is USELESS as a guide to anything
