Normally I specify calculated postage in my listings, but this week it changed to multiple choice. All I can do now is choose from 9 preset sizes and weights - see screenshot. Is this affecting everyone, or have I done something wrong? This is the browser interface. Apologies if this has been discussed already. Can't see anything here about it.

As a workaround I can still set calculated postage dimensions in the iPhone app, but if I then revise the listing in a browser, it changes it to the 10kg option.
Bizarrely, the iOS app includes options for "Check in" and "Carry on".

It might be the fact that youโre using labelsโฆโฆand we know from multiple threads, that eBay are โfiddlingโ and theyโre riddled with errors??

Can you go to โsell similarโ on one of your own items, and tweak from there?

"Shoebox", "Briefcase", "Carry on" and "Check in" are all Sendle sizes. Good luck with buying those labels ๐

Oh, and of course it changes to 10kg. That's the option which best matches the weight and dimensions you've entered (700g 29x10x32cm).
As long as you maintain the same input, you'll always reach the same outcome. To achieve a different outcome, you first have to change the input.
So, if you want it to default to a lesser weight, then you must first enter smaller dimensions.

The choices are the same if I choose Australia Post.

Maybe a programming error switched it to show the old Sendle options.

Try flat rate, especially if you're using AP.
If you want to play eBay label games, refer to the many threads about that.

But then how do I deal with orders from different distances away?
