Unable to Edit Postage When Combining Invoices on eBay

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue when trying to send a combined invoice on eBay Australia. The postage field isn’t editable – it’s completely locked, so I can’t adjust the shipping amount when combining multiple items for a buyer.

I’ve tried refreshing the page, switching browsers, and checking all my shipping settings, but nothing has worked. I contacted eBay support, but they didn’t seem to understand the problem.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or know how to make the postage field editable on a combined invoice?

Do you have 'free' postage?

That is the usual case - no postage means no ability to discount. After all any discount of 0 is 0.

Or do you require immediate payment? That is an item by item payment. Also not discountable.

Can you try adding a discount instead?   I seem to remember there is an option for that.

Are they auctions, BINs, or a combination of both?

I had the same problem a couple of days ago. The really weird part is ebay filled in a random price I regularly use for parcels which was the price I would have entered anyway. I dont use the item size and weight settings when listing, so ebay had no way of knowing what I would charge for combined post for the four items. Not only is the combined post setting locked, but ebay are mind readers too.  😀
