Why do some sellers get a pass?
๐๐๐บ๐ฒ
Having read many posts about sellers getting accounts restricted for something or nothing, I wonder why some sellers are continually protected by ebay.
I realize it is all about money. Ebay must get enough income from the rule breakers to turn a blind eye for years of rule breaking.

Maybe for us intellectually challenged you could have pointed out the obvious

It is a totally valid question, certainly more valid than posting an American flag on the member forum for eBay Australia
Plus considering how many people post here and complain 'other sellers do such and such, why can't I'?
Especially since it is a competitor asking (which IF you have indeed reported to eBay, *may* have come into it, I doubt it, but still)
Just because you don't like a totally valid question does not mean the person you are responding to 'has little knowledge' You could not be further off the mark there. Attacking others here is not going to help

He's right.
A smaller seller would have their listings removed if they were reported but eBay will generally ignore most policy violations from the larger sellers .

Hi casey, yeah I saw that the other night, and figured that might have been what the OP was referring to, but I could not be bothered playing I spy.

I suggest, you be careful responding to threads if you have little knowledge or ability to see the obvious

No idea who your talking to, or who you think here, has little knowledge of ebay. Learn how to reply to individuals, rather than yourself.
