I2 months ago I bought 2 flip phones because my eyesight is not the best. One for me and one for the wife.
We bought the phones because Telstra said they were shutting down 3G. For 12 months everything worked great with 4G until a few weeks ago and Telstra finally turned off 3G and now no 4G works on the phones
which were 4G, VOLTE and LTE capable. So we got new Telstra phones that have 4GX'
Can Ebay or anyone tell me why Ebay is still selling 2G and 3G (which no longer exist in Australia) and 4G phones and even some 5G that do not work on the 4G Telstra Network.
All them people that will be ripped off and the drama that ebay will go through with complaints is not fair to the customers.

eBay do not sell anything
eBay staff rarely read here
If you want an eBay answer, you need to contact eBay
You will notice every listing states 'seller is responsible for all listings
Did you buy this phone from an authorised seller?
Just because such phones are listed does not mean a buyer has to buy them, being well aware 2G and 3G no longer work in Australia
'All them' people won't be ripped off. if they choose to use the MBG. No drama
But you don't get to use something for a year and then expect eBay or anyone else to do anything
Or better yet, not buy something like a phone at all from some random seller on eBay
Especially if they are not checking feedback first
And all of the above applies even more so when you buy from sellers registered in China who have terrible feedback
I am with Telstra, and 4G works fine on the 4G/5G phone
But I bought my phone from an authorised seller of Telstra phones, a b&m store who also has an on line store
