I got a buyer who purchased 6 items from me but never paid them. I went to look up his/her feedback ratings, which shows that there is zero negative feedback for this ebayer. However, I noticed four negative feedback against this buyer down in the feedback list. I am confused why these negative feedbacks are not reflected in his/her ratings. Does anybody know about this?

Butchy, whilst it is true that the buyer has 7 days to pay, the unpaid item case can be initiated after 4 days. Then 4 days after that it can be closed.

I am just stating my opinon with what i have experienced not sure where you get off even replying to my comment. As for ebay rules and fees each seller experiences different problems do not base your comments on only your experience with ebay
I replied to your comment because it was placed in a public forum. If you don't want help from the public, send members a message via private messaging.
I see other experienced sellers finally got it through to you that my maths was correct, so apology accepted.

Hello, everyone. This discussion is getting a little heated and off-topic. Could we please remain on topic and communicate with a more civil tone. Thanks!

Maybe ebay thinks sellers are greedy for expecting buyers to pay.
Maybe buyers think sellers are greedy for making (or trying to make) profit on their purchase.
Who is greedy, ebay for wanting fees or sellers who want payment from buyers but don't want to pay fees.
Any one in business knows you have to pay expenses. whether that is credit card merchant fees(of which there are several) or P/P fees for PayPal services.
H*ll, even the phone and electricity companies could be called greedy for expecting customers to pay.
Life can be tuff, and we are all pulling on our side of the tug-o-war rope. Are we all greedy for not curling up and dying?
