Non-Payers - The Scourge of Ebay

I sold an item today and the buyer claims they made a mistake by bidding is refusing to pay although they put in FIVE BIDS!!! Other than lodging a non payment in which I now have to wait four days. Is there anything else I can do?

Down Down...Ebay Sales are Down !!!

Just like the annoying supermarket tv advert....recent changes by e-bay have caused sales to spiral down down. Monthly average used to be $2-3K per month. This month dropped to $500 and falling fast.

Picture Design

Have I missed something about Picture Design for listings been cancelled. Most of mine have disappeared from my listings and when making a new listing or revising a current listing there is no "Picture Design" to choose from. What has happened?
