WONT ANSWER EMAIL

AND IS ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH IT

SO DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND BLOCK THIS BUYER

Eh? Narelle, is the person who sold the game the angry one, or the buyer? I can't work it out from your post. How can the seller be angy if the seller doesn't leave feedback?

im not angry just frustraited

i did leave positive feedback before all this happened

eventhough the powers that be ebay agree he shouldn`t have left such feedback and he`s in the wrong for what he did they still wont remove his feedback

the bottom line if you were a buyer and red such negitive feedback would you buy from me

You might be angry & frustrated but it contravene's ebay's board usage rules to name & shame sellers or buyers on the forums. That applies to anyone that posts here...no exemptions.

I can see that they were a 'difficult' buyer,   but others may not.

It's still early days, walk them through the resolution process.

Treat them with some respect, because I still believe this buyer

has no idea about the resolution process and just got angry.

And did you even check that the camera battery was working before you sent it?

That simple act could have saved a lot of grief.

The item number was a listing of the offender.He was a seller & i think he got defected into being just a nasty buyer.Serial neg & neutral leaver to sellers now on nearly every transaction.Nasty piece of work.

no i didnt check the battery it was a sealed unit but i have sold 10 thers and this is the only one that reported a fault

if he returned the battery i will and would have sent him another one but he`s refusal to do so even though i explaned the procedure has led to this

WOW, that's one seriously messed up buyer (and seller). Some poor seller copped a neutral because DHL sucked and were slow to deliver. I know she's in the US, but she's going straight to the pool room!
