blocking people with 0 feedback from bidding on my items

my item has sold 3 times and to people with 0 feedback then they never contact me or follow through I want to block people with 0 feedback how do I do this please?

We have little to no issues with zero raters...We are getting 1-2 a week though with feedback score up to 100 that don't pay. Half of them make some lame excuse and the others simply never even say a word. Ebay yesterday banned two buyers for us so that is a good thing. It's actually not hard to have someone totally removed off ebay nowadays and we will be looking more into this going forward!

I can count on one hand the amount of non payers I've had. All had over 1,000 feedback. All my low or 0 feedback buyers have all paid instantly at the end of auction, or after they had completed buying multiple auctions.

Time for this thread to be locked.

it's a scam,  don't do it. If you get continually harassed or she gets verbally abusive I'd report her
