I thought a buyer's email addres appeared in the Refund section of the Paypal transaction, but it seems as though it is no longer there. Is there anywhere a buyer's email address is visible?

I just use the "view record" option in the drop down box in the orders section of seller hub .

But I don't have a 'view record' section under Orders (i don't have a store - maybe that's why not?)

That wasn't the point. The point is that there were many options given for how to find a buyer's email address. Which work just as well domestically as they do for overseas.

Do use seller hub or selling manager as if I go through " All Selling" I cannot access the email address either.

I can't get it on my non-store accounts through SH or My Selling, so it must be a SMP thing. I know there are other seller hub functions only available to my store, so maybe this is another one.
Nevertheless, the other thread gave several other solutions and gumleaf could do worse than actually try them to see what works.

It's not showing for the one I sold this evening on a non-store account...
