Well thats just silly leaving positive for a non paying bidder,  plus I think it breaks Ebay rules in itself.

Any misuse of feedback isn't allowed. Feedback comments should match the positive or negative rating that was given in both buyer and seller feedback. For example, a negative comment should not be left with a positive rating.

Why oh why are you giving these non payers a positive green tick?

Not only does it encourage them to keep up the behaviour (it adds to their positive number, and nobody reads the comments when they see a green tick)

It is against eBay policy and you will be pinged for it

No other sellers would be silly enough to do such a thing

Have you cancelled the sale the reason buyer did not pay like you are suppose to?

Have you added them to your blocked bidders list?

How do you know there are no repurcussions for them?

Report the non payment  by doing the above - they get a strike

stop rewarding these people with happy green ticks and egging them on

Nobody else can see who you are warning others to 'beware' of. Only you as the seller can see the buyer's ID

Nobody else will have a clue who it is

Were you having a nap in May of 2008 when eBay removed  the option for sellers to be able to leave negative feedback for buyers?

what happened to people following ebay rules

That's rich coming from someone who ignores the rules.

Other sellers follow the rules & cancel as unpaid & set their Buyer Requirements accordingly.

Not sure if I have this right or not, just my understanding from your FB,  you seem to be harassing buyers and cancelling sales for non payment after 2 days,  when sellers are actually entitled to 4 days to complete payment.

On top of that, what is wrong with buyers making offers via ebay messages, they are quite entitled to do so, and you are entitled to accept, decline or ignore.

Unfortunately some sellers just give ebay a bad name.

'Someone' needs to read the selling guide, methinks

Everything is so wrong with that opening post.

Buyers must pay for the items they purchase on eBay within 4 calendar days

Unpaid item policy | eBay

Feedback misuse

Any misuse of feedback isn't allowed. Feedback comments should match the positive or negative rating that was given in both buyer and seller feedback. For example, a negative comment should not be left with a positive rating.

Do you realise that all those false positive feedbacks you leave for non payers could see you shut down? What that means is, ebay can stop you selling forever. There is no parole with ebay, it's life, forever.

I also found it humorous that one of your non payers was cancelled due to problem with buyer's address. Why would you do that? No repercussions for the buyer at all. You really need to look up the seller's guide, because you are going the right way to get your account shut down.

Don't think about creating a new account if that happens, because it will be shut down too. Same with anyone else in your household with an account.

Just a small selection of OP's replies to buyer negatives (and neutral):

Spoiler

NEUTRAL: Seller cancelled offer before the due date then left me cut and paste negative description (which seems to be a common thing with seller, looking at her feedback left for others). At no time was I contacted by seller like she claims. Not had this kind of experience in 17 years of ebaying.

Seller reply: you where a non paying bidder... within 2 days no payment ..i am tired of multiple people doing this .. hence feedback left .... your reminders and invoices sent via ebay ..same as everyone elses..if you dont check or pay for your auctions then feedback left , item cancelled .. maybe ... pay for your auctions in a timely fashion

Negative feedback - the red dot  Book arrived very weathered. Over priced for the condition the book is in…water damage to most the pages and photos in the book. Seller did not let buyers know condition of book. Paid $15 plus postage.., book should of been $5! Very disappointed! Won’t buy from them again.

Seller reply: this is incorrect and you know it ........... there was no water damage to book at all ......... i think your annoyed i sent you reminders to pay for it ..................there was pics of the book taken for the post ...no damage at all ........liar

Negative feedback - the red dot  cancelled by seller 2 days before i was making payment ebay policy is items should be paid within 4 days buyers dont do business with this seller ebay is monitoring sellers account

Seller reply: SURE THEY ARE.. YOUR A NON PAYING BIDDER SENT REMINDERS WITH NO RESPONSE

Negative feedback - the red dot  Canceled after I won with no explanation, not good.

Seller reply: postage cost to america is $35 untracked which i thought unreasonable message se [NB: It's up to you to list the item with the appropriate postage cost; if you didn't charge the buyer for this unreasonably priced untracked postage, and you cancelled because of that, of course the buyer will be peeved.]

Left for buyers:

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON.......................NON PAYING BIDDER ....IGNORES REMINDERS AND INVOICES.....................NON PAYING BIDDERS

Positive feedback - the green dotnon paying bidder ..................

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER BEWARE.......................NON PAYING BIDDER BEWARE.................HAVE SENT REMINDERS AND INVOICES.......IGNORED.......................NON PAYING BIDDER BEWARE............................NON PAYING BIDDER BEWARE.............................................

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER ..............NON PAYING BIDDER..................NON PAYING BIDDER BEWARE ................NON PAYING BIDDER BEWARE.........DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON,,, THEY SEND OFFERS THEN DONT PAY..................NON PAYING BIDDER ...............................SENT REMINDERS AND INVOICES..IGNORED................................

Reply by buyer: Offer made 1/3/23, offer accepted by seller 2/3/23 at 20;30 hours, had until the 5/3/23 to pay but offer cancelled by seller 3/3/23 stating there was an issue with buyers address, at no time was I contacted about the address or cancellation. Very unprofessional behaviour from seller.

Positive feedback - the green dotnon paying bidder..beware...sent numerous emails and invoices..ignored.non paying bidder .....non paying bidder.........

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER ...................BEWARE..........................NON PAYING BIDDER..........DOESNT ANSWER MESSAGES OR PAYMENT REMINDERS.......................NON PAYING BIDDER...........................NON PAYING BIDDER.................................

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER ......DO NO DEAL WITH THIS PERSON ............NON PAYING BIDDER ...............SENT MESSAGES, INVOICES, JUST IGNORED ...............NON PAYING BIDDER ............................NON PAYING BIDDER

Positive feedback - the green dotnon paying ebayer.................no contact.............ignored ........................... sent heaps of messages.....................do not deal with this person........................... [NB: "heaps of messages" - that really says it all.]

More than a year ago

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER.. BEWARE ...........NON PAYING BIDDER

Positive feedback - the green dotCANCELLED BIDDER..

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER.. BEWARE ...........NON PAYING BIDDER

Positive feedback - the green dotPAID AND SENT, CLAIMED NOT RECIEVED DID NOT PAY FOR TRACKING .. DODGY BUYER [NB - if an item doesn't arrive and there's no tracking, the buyer will win an INR dispute; tracking protects you as a seller. Calling this buyer "dodgy" because their item didn't arrive...? Good grief.]

Positive feedback - the green dotNON PAYING BIDDER.. BEWARE ...........NON PAYING BIDDER

I haven't the heart to go back any further... but that's not the last of those negative comments with green dots.

OP, sacre bleu - you've been doing this (leaving green dot negative comments) for more than a year. You either haven't bothered reading eBay policy on feedback, or you simply don't care. I suggest you read eBay's Help page on Feedback Misuse Policy.

What is the policy?

Any misuse of Feedback is not allowed. Feedback comments should match the positive or negative rating that was given in both buyer and seller Feedback. For example, a negative comment should not be left with a positive rating.❞

eBay don't allow red dots from sellers for buyers. That may well frustrate you, but you can't circumvent that policy by doing exactly what eBay's policy says you are not permitted to do. If any of your buyers decides to report you, you will not be happy; eBay can and do take action on this.

You also don't seem to realise the timeframe for buyers being able to pay. I suggest you read eBay's Help page on Paying for items (in particular the section marked Timelines for paying).

Timelines for paying

When you buy an item on eBay, whether you won an auction or used Buy It Now, you'll need to pay the seller within 4 calendar days. The sooner the seller receives your payment, the sooner they'll send your item.❞

(Rubrication mine.)

Hassling buyers for payment earlier than this is truly ridiculous. If you want to be paid immediately, then list with immediate payment required.

You seem not to realise that your screaming negative comments about "DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON" don't help any seller whatsoever. The username is masked to other eBayers - for example:

j***v (1883)

... so you're not warning anyone. You're simply venting.

It's a pity that you're cutting off your nose to spite your face in this manner. Most of the feedback you receive is glowing with appreciation, and when everything goes well, you appear to be a lovely seller. For some reason, though, you've decided a while back to arbitrarily impose your own timeframe on payments, cancelling sales with the reason "Problem with buyer's address". Were you not aware that, if a buyer is genuinely late in paying under eBay's terms, you can cancel the sale with the reason "Buyer hasn't paid" - but this option won't appear if you cancel the sale sooner than the minimum payment timeframe permits.

Were you aware that by dealing with genuine non-paying bidders in this way, an invisible strike is issued to their account, and that if buyers have more than 2 strikes, they're automatically blocked from buying from many sellers? Were you aware of how to set up such a block in your Buyer Requirements settings?

But really, this weird idea you have about the available timeframe means that no one can tell with any certainty whether you have genuine non-payers or just buyers who were going to pay within the 4-day period but who were cut off by you before the time was up.

Gutterpunk is right.

When you try to contact a seller who hasn't enabled Make an Offer, there is this option, so it is obviously allowed. You can just ignore such offers of course, but they are not against the rules.
