That's caveat emptor in English as far as I'm concerned.

Ebay doesn't do laboratory testing.  Why should they remove it on your say so?

I reckon if you're gonna call it a meteorite twice in the listing title, then put a disclaimer in the body saying you don't know whether that's true or not but hey, the Chinese villagers say it is!, you deserve to have your integrity called into question.
