eBay return policy for sellers

We have been selling on eBay for almost 14 years but one thing is more concern for us is eBay unfair return policy especially for Buyer simply change of mind return. Our main concern is we sell high value smart devices (laptop, computers phones). We have seen that buyer take advantage of this return policy. Also noticed that when returning item they try to manipulate return.

My question has anyone faced issue where buyer return item for change of mind.

Return label was issued by eBay to buyer but both item was not return to Us and was lost in transit.

So in this case who is responsible?

I guess eBay is liable because the return label was issued by eBay. In eBay return policy none of place has mentioned what if item was return to seller and was lost in transit who is responsible. As per law we know its eBay but their policy are not clear. We have been warning eBay support several time about this policy has loophole and if not fixed or taken right action Seller will have to suffer for fund being hold for longer time. Right now almost $7500 AUD is blocked by eBay for further investigation.

Has anyone being in similar situation if yes what are steps has been taken to rectify this issue.

This has become very concern issue and also we are planning to take necessary step if we as seller not protected.

Ah Macadamias Countess - when I was living in Perth I had a fantastic Macca tree which gave me bounteous nuts every year..............until the Black Cockatoos found it, they would wait until I was just ready to harvest it come come winging in to have their feast.

One time I went to Coles to do a bit of shopping and by the time I got back the whole tree was stripped. From memory I got less than half a dozen nuts that year.........................

Is there no way to stop the marauding black cockatoos?

Short answer - nope. The tree was far too big for netting it, and no man in their right mind would take on a hungry Black Cocky, they can easily take a finger off with their beak........

It's hard enough to crack the Macca shells with a decent size hammer after all.

My house backs onto a park. A few houses up, there is a big walnut tree in the backyard, that well and truly hangs over the fence. Those ones are fair game. That was, until the white cockies found them a few years ago. They are completely stripped within a day of the pods starting to open. This is  BIG tree. I keep a close eye on it, but the birds beat me to it every year. Empty shells littering the ground. Very rarely I might find one intact one on the ground that they missed. I'm not that fussed on walnuts, but my mother loves them.

We have been told that since we were kids. I suspect Padi is trying to eat a healthy diet.
