eBay rip off

I am trying to contact anyone from eBay who can tell why you charged me $16 for a post I never used. I went to the post office and paid at the counter for my post not from eBay. yet you deducted post from my payout. Please refund my money to my account.  I have sent several messages regarding this matter and have received ZERO response.

Well you've come to the wrong place. You won't find anyone from eBay here.

If you purchased an eBay label and didn't use it, you have 5 days in which to cancel it. If you're outside of the allowable timeframe, you won't have much luck asking for a refund though.

To contact an eBay agent, use the "Help" hyperlink which can be found at the top and/or bottom of every page, and follow the prompts.

Re: eBay rip off

Other members have not charged you anything and nobody here is going to give you money

and eBay not going to response since they do not read the member to member forum

How do you mean you have sent messages?

To whom?

If you mean emailed eBay, pointless since it is an bot set up not read by humans

Why did you not cancel the unused label ?

If you did not cancel the label, yes, you will obviously be charged for it since eBay consider it 'used' if you don't

Re: eBay rip off

Contact eBay through the chat and request to chat with an agent.  If you purchased an eBay postage label and didnt cancel it, you can request a refund but it will take up to 30 days. EBay told me this when I asked them to cancel a postage label. They said they have to wait for Australia post to advise the label hasn’t been used.

If you didn’t purchase an eBay label, ask why you were charged.
