ebay reimbursement charge???

I had to refund a buyer $150.40 for a case..and it appears that ebay has also charged me an ebay reimbursement fee of $150.40....What the hell is going on..This is ludicrous..I will be contacting the Aus Ombudsman and Australia Federal police for enacting fraud on myself if this is the case?  Anybody else been slugged the cost of the item and postage as a fee? Outrageous

Sounds like they may have refunded the buyer and then charged the refund back to you.  They may not have realised you had already done the refund,  Ring them and point out the error, they should refund you, and then it is up to them to chase the buyer for the extra, or wear the loss for their error.

Did they process this reimbursement via your Paypal account or add this charge to your invoice ??
