Yeah, funny how nobody but the sellers in this organisation are constantly held to such high standards.
Ebay allows themselves to deliver sub-standard service and they are putting buyers in to such a powerful position as to make sellers quite vulnerable !!

You need to ring eBay (or preferably get them to call you back) by going through "help and contact" at the top of any page, you may have to try a few different options to get a callback option though.
