The help page  shows:

What is the policy?

"Sellers who are using a third party to fulfil orders are responsible for ensuring that items will be delivered safely within the terms of their eBay listing, and that their agreement with any service provider or supplier prevents the misuse of buyer data associated with eBay orders"

"You ensure that your third-party provider is subject to a contractual condition which prevents them from using or sharing any eBay order information (including the names and contact details of buyers) for any purpose other than the fulfilment of the specific eBay order which they are engaged by you to fulfil"

As already advised, the OP should get professional / legal advice.

And  IMO, there's no way in the world  the supplier for the OP's items   is an Australian resident

Then that contract could not be upheld in Australia - therefore pointless.

You need to be aware that many buyers hate sellers that drop-ship their items, that will be reflected in the feedback you receive.

The use of such a clause in the dropshipping policy is to provide eBay with legal defence in the event of data misuse. In my view, eBay fully realise it’s unenforceable between seller and supplier in the vast majority of cases, but it’s the seller who will be liable in the first instance if a Chinese supplier (for instance) used by the seller is demonstrably responsible for data misuse where a buyer is prepared to take legal action.

OP, do not take what I’ve posted as legal advice. It is not that, and I don’t represent it as such. Go to a solicitor / accountant specialising in this arena.

My opinion: dropshipping is fraught with difficulties. I would not buy anything dropshipped. Do this at your own risk.

Hi there,  has ebay called your selling into question, or are you just dotting the I's in advance.

International contracts between sellers and suppliers are valid, if done correctly, but just a signed note is unlikely to hold up.

The operative ' done correctly ' - which involves a heap of legal activity.

Think that is going to work here. ??

Hi again,  just to add, I have had a quick look at your listings, have not got time now to check where the pics have been lifted from.  However you are leaving yourself wide open to disputes, by stating   (the clothes look exactly like the pic).    Unless devices are calibrated, you have  no idea  that the image you have uploaded is identical to what is being viewed by a potential buyer
