Because I knew it was there, I could see that there was text there without highlighting it. I could not make out the words until I highlighted it, but I am as blind as a bat.

I have plenty of parcels that never get delivered according to AP tracking, Yet buyers leave feedback.
I would be very cautious sending a message like that to a buyer and as someone else said you may end up with a red dot for that alone.

Sometimes when a parcel is marked "delivery refused" it means it was taken to the wrong house and the people there said "no, it's not ours". It doesn't necessarily mean the buyer refused it.

Still an interesting development, and (presuming the tracking to be accurate) doesn't put the buyer in a particularly favourable position, given their message to the seller.

Oh yeah tracking has been a godsend and showed up the rorters out there who claimed their item hadnt arrived or that the condition wasnt what they expected even though the package hadnt been delivered ..unbeliveable how people try to rip you off
