with the 20% of toys ,does the seller get back the money they loose of the sale from ebay

Hi just wandering at the moment there is a 20% of all toys on ebay and wanted to know  if the seller gets the 20% back from ebay ,which they loose of the price of the item when selling their item.Regular sellers and shops thanks.

The seller receives the full listed price and does not know whether the buyer has used a coupon offer or not.

The buyer pays 80% of the price and eBay pays the other 20%.
